My own personal tutorials, written to help anyone out that they can. Most of my skills I had to teach myself the hard way, through extensive research and painful frustration, and head-to-desk actions, so any time I get a particular skill mastered, I try to create a tutorial to show others how to do so.

Kirupa
Kirupa is an amazing website with lots of excellent resources. It also has a very active online community which can be found in their forum, which is a very friendly and helpful place to go to if your a beginner needing help in Web Design, Graphic Design, Programming and a whole host of other areas.

Tizag
Tizag is a tutorial/forum website very similar to Kirupa. The major difference is that instead of having lots of small tutorials on lots of different topics, Tizag instead has very long detailed and complete tutorials on specific areas. It's a perfect place to start your web design education if you want to take a quick, easy to follow course on a specific topic.

Blendernation
An excellent place to go to if your looking for news or tutorials on the best open source 3D modelling/animation package available on the internet.
